Default velveteen rabbit stuffed toy pattern (plushie)

I'm looking for a pattern to make a "velveteen rabbit" like the one pictured on the cover of the original edition book by Margery Williams (original art by William Nicholson)
(ISBN: 9780385077255)

The 10 inch Yottoy rabbit on Amazon.com is wrong because the arms are too long.

The "Velveteen Rabbit Plush Toy" at hcibooks.com (ISBN 0-7573-0351-X) is nice, but it's only 6 inches tall.

The playstoretoys.com cotton velveteen with wool stuffing "Velveteen Rabbit Stuffed Toy" by Kruse looks good, but the face isn't white.

The "Velveteen Rabbit Gift Set" on amazon looks good, but the rabbit is too small.

Has anyone run across an authentic looking pattern?

Default velveteen rabbit pattern

I am also looking for a velveteen rabbit pattern. I appears as if no one has this pattern. Velveteen did not get a reply from her last Dec. post. I am going to order one and take it apart and make it larger and out of my own material unless someone has an actual pattern. So before I go through all the work of disassembling the rabbit please let me hear from you. I would be ever so grateful !!!

Default desperately seeking rabbit

also looking for a pettern to make that rabbit. i have a strong connection to that story as a kid and recently found a great book called " the velveteen principles" written by a psycologist about how people can become real based on th estory of the rabbit. very interestuing read if you love the original book.
so would love to make a rabbit to sit in my room. This is my first time on this site and in fact the first time i have ever used a chat room thing.
looking forward to hearing that someone has found it.
thanks
