Need navigational help please!!

I just joined AllCrafts forum and I'm having a problem finding my way around. I posted an entry that I wanted to do over and couldn't for the life of me find a way to delete it. I am also at a loss to find an index for the various forums.
I also need to post a "help" entry in the plastic canvas forum but have no idea where it is. HELP!!!
