Well, I didn't see a section for 'glassware projects' so I will post this hear and in the scrapbooking section.
I found this in a Nov. 2006 Issue of Better Homes and Gardens magazine..page 64...
photographs (of people and pets) cut out and glued to fancy 'for show only' plates...some look kind of nice..
